From white box to family home

This flat in Moscow's Prime Park residential complex was purchased by the clients as a white box — partition walls and wiring were already in place. Our initial brief was to bring the visual scheme to life and optimise the functional layout. For instance, we enlarged the kitchen with the addition of an island, extended the guest cloakroom to accommodate a washing machine and tumble dryer, and converted what would have been a fourth bathroom into an additional dressing room.

Across 130 sq m, we designed a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, a study, and a children's room with its own en-suite, alongside an open-plan kitchen-dining-living area that flows into a hallway with a large built-in storage cupboard.

Stylistically, the interior is contemporary with touches of classicism and Art Deco, striking a considered dialogue with the architecture of the modern residential complex.
