We will arrange our fist meeting. What matters most isn’t looking through references together, but having a proper conversation: how you live, what tends to niggle you at home, and how you see the budget and timeline for renovation. We will show you our projects. The aim for the first meeting is to see whether we’re right fit for each other.

We’ll put together a detailed brief - the foundation of the whole project. It’s not a box-ticking exercise, but a genuine roadmap: how you want to feel in your home, how it needs to function, what’s non-negotiable and what’s not. Once we’ve agreed on it, we sign the contract.

We visit the site In person: professional measurements, photos, and a full assessment of its condition. Before any design work begins - we bring in the engineers: electrics, Aircon and ventilatin, plumbing. So that no beautiful idea later runs into a pipe it didn’t see coming.

We work in stages, with your sign-off at every step.

Concept and layout. We define the style, put together a concept board, and propose 2–3 layout options.

Visualisation. Mood boards first, then realistic 3D renders. Alongside this, we start on the drawings and visit showrooms together — so the project is built on real materials and furniture, not abstract pictures.

Working documentation. A complete set of drawings for the build team, plus engineering schematics — everything needed for accurate execution.
